I felt like I was staying in a house remodeled and furnished by the Property Brothers.The kitchen was stocked with dish soap, a scrubber wand, hand soap, dishwasher pod, salt and pepper, all the adult and kids dishes and cookware you could need, and paper towels. The refrigerator had filtered water and an ice maker. The coffee maker used regular ground coffee and has a reusable metal filter so you won’t need any paper filters. “The property was perfect for our small group. We had a great time with the amenities, and the house and property is gorgeous. Though we didn't catch anything, we had a great time during our stay. ”

“Great place to stay with myself and 2 young kids - plenty of kid games, toys and play space outside to keep them entertained. Sleeping arrangement upstairs away from the bedroom is open like a loft so be mindful of that if you have young ones or elderly who sleep earlier or are light sleepers. Thermostat did not work but I imagine it is fixed by now. ”

“Flower viewing trip. We visited the Azalea trails and Rose garden. Rain and tornadoes restricted our activities. House was in a good location, clean and a perfect retreat. ”

“The owners are great in communicating. The property is clean and the view is great. Terrible weather, but the view was still good. Only problem was the swarming mosquitoes by the door facing the lake - when the wind wasn't blowing after the rain. There is plenty of space in this home, and the beds are very comfortable. We would have appreciated some hand towels and some towel racks. The hooks over the doors don't allow towels to dry. Even though this is 25 minutes from Tyler, it doesn't seem……

“The property is beautiful. We love the beautiful flooring and farmhouse feel.Unfortunately for us it rained the whole time so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors much. My boys did get to play on the putting green just a bit which they loved! It was a nice place to stay in town for a wedding where we could run back and forth.We did have some issues with the door lock not working every time we left and came back. Strange when we checked it multiple times while there it locked and unlocked every……

“Came out to pre fish with my hubby and I like to relax. the house was so clean and roomy, we loved our stay. Spent most days out on the book dock where I could move from full sun to shade and spend the day comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped to cook. Had a great time. We will definitely be back. Owners where friendly and helpful. ”
