I had two issues at the hotel and the room. I had booked a double bed room as it was our anniversary trip. On arrival we were told that there were no double bedded rooms available. We could upgrade at a cost. I was also told that a double bedded room was to become available later in the week and we were to be moved- this never happened. Secondly the room smelt damp, especially the wardrobes. We did not hang our clothing in them we lived out of our suitcase. What was supposed to be a great anniversary turned out to be a less than mediocre experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else. The cleaning, catering staff were great, pity the rest of the hotel was a let down. It is a dated hotel.

Would like to thank all the friendly staff for the smike and greeting, Room was so clean, groomed and well decorated. Great smell good and i like the Special scent smell starting from the elevator. changes happened which made the whole atmosphere super New special facilities are there to be used I like the kinds of amenities, you do not need to ask anything because all are available even the iron and iron board. We had a great stay here and the facilities are great!! Great staff members and a big thank you to all the receptionists for making our stay great.. the security guards always made us feel safe at the front and helped us get into the hotel lifts safely. I love staying in Qatar it is so safe for women!!

Building is old, shower is above bad tub, you need to climb in(very slippery). Things need to be checked if maintenance is needed. The way things are now, the hotel is not a 5 star hotel. Its a 3 star hotel, with 6 a star staf, everybody is very helpfull and friendly.
