“This was a great property for 3 generations to enjoy and the view across the portage was spectacular with the clean white snow. We had great spaces to be together to play games around the table and to spread out for quiet time. The kitchen worked well for our food prep. The "cabin", was VERY clean & well cared for! I preferred to wash some dishes upon arrival. We would definitely consider staying here again! ”

“It was quite cozy and perfect for a short stay for two of us! It was clean and check in was easy. The doggy blanket and dishes were a cute touch! The only drawbacks were the lack of green space for our pooch to potty, we had to cross a busy road to reach grass. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and we could hear our neighbors above and next door. Don’t let that deter your stay, the close proximity to town and cleanliness made up for the very few drawbacks!”

“Outstanding accommodations in every way! The entire process of renting, staying, and departing from this property could not have gone better. The property description was spot-on, and the place is amazing and comfortable for 5 adults. “My family and I stayed at this beautiful lake front house for a week. We explored the area, visiting various lighthouses, took the Quincy mine tour, visited the Jam Pot, drove up to Copper Harbor for the day, took the ski lift to the top by Lac La Belle lake. We enjoyed the abundance of hiking trails and waterfalls. At night we sat outside under blankets and watched for northern lights and enjoyed the clear skies, stars and the view of the Milky Way. “Nice place we’ve stayed at before and I’m sure will stay again in the future! Clean and comfortable and super easy check out. There are still renovations taking place but minor like the trim finishing and some painting touchup. The fireplace is not a working fireplace perhaps in the future. Bring a few extra blankets if you get cold easily it can be chilly since it’s a big living area to heat. Great for a family or in our case three couples. Close to the snowmobile trail. ”
