“Clean, Cosy and Nice”

“Friendly staff , nice location, although I would expect a little more comfort in a business suite! Beds are too soft, towels are too old , no blinding curtains as stated, supply in the room does not get refilled( water bottle, shampoo and shower gel. There was no airconditioning as stated but a ventilator would be nice in the summer. Also the chair in combination with the desk is not suitable for a comfortable for working on your laptopThe bed and supplies in the room does not meet the standard……

“We recently stayed at this hotel for a 3-day getaway, and it was fantastic. The hotel appears to be recently renovated, featuring clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious and well-organized, ensuring each room knows exactly where to sit, which avoids any confusion. However, breakfast hours are a bit limited, running only from 8-9 AM. One downside was the mini-golf course. It requires an extra fee to play, but it felt quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. Overall, it……

“5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. ”

“Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal in deutscher und englischer Sprache. Was mich bei meinem 2. Aufenthalt sehr geärgert hat, das die Klimaanlage tagsüber, wo kein Gast im Hotel ist zur Verfügung stand und Abends, wenn die Hotelgäste kommen ausgeschaltet wurde. Selbst nach meiner Anfrage, wurde dies ignoriert. Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es eine Klimaanlage auf der Homepage anbietet. Dann im Hochsommer ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoß zu haben, ohne Klimaanlage, das finde……
