“We're so glad we booked the blue house. It was perfect. The beds, pillows, utensils and everything you can think of good quality. The location is fantastic and it worked well with seperate areas for the kids, and my wife and I. The backyard backs on to the estuary/beach and two little jetties. Next time we're in Tassie we're booking here. We stayed three nights and could happily stayed a week.”

“Stayed at Freycinet Panorama for 2 nights a couple of weeks ago with my elderly parents. They had the master bedroom and were very pleased with their comfortable bed, however, I tried out both of the other two double beds and they were extremely hard. I ended up having to put blankets under the sheets on the second night in order to get a good night's sleep. A good mattress topper would probably fix the problem. Other than that, we loved the house and the amazing view. It was equipped with……

Great hotel manager.

"Great location, very near to the restaurants, balcony overlooking the beach. Most importantly the manager was the most caring and helpful hotel manager we have encountered in our many years of traveling. Because our own mistake, our itinerary was off by one day, which affected our hotel arrangements. She was very understanding and graciously offered accommodation, and even helped to contact the next hotel in our itinerary for new arrangement. Before getting off duty, she came to our room to ensure we were fine with everything. "

"The car can park in front of my room which is very cool. the Staff is kind and helpful. Bicheno is a quiet town, The supermarket / grocery store closes at 1800. but there is a bar & restaurants next to the hotel can order food till 2000. The lobster shack which is a few minutes car ride from the hotel and opens till 1900. "
