“This is more of an overnight stay than a hotel. In poor condition, not clean carpets, bad breakfast with stale bread, broken coffee machine, joinery falling apart. Nice but not professional staff. That the rating of this place of accommodation has such high ratings, shows more how poorly Hotels.com controls the ratings given. Rating 9.6 on this place of accommodation does not correspond to reality and is misleading.”
