1. One of staff entered my room when I am sleeping for refrigerator beverages supplements, I said NO thanks, but he still came into and opened refrigerator.
2. Too restaurants dinner can be choosen, but no body told me the water is not included in next door restaurant, so I have to pay more about 100 CHF beyond origin 1 parking 2 meals payment.
