“Fuimos los cuatro integrantes de la familia y una sobrina. Nos hospedamos en una de las cabañas del hotel, bastante amplia, cómoda y bonita. Todos los servicios funcionando.
De ahí fuimos a diferentes lugares: San Miguel de Allende, Atotonilco, Dolores Hidalgo y Guanajuato.
El servicio de restaurant es excelente, los desayunos muy ricos.

“We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. We were escaping a bad rental experience in a neighboring city, and the modernity, comfortable beds, and cleanliness of this place were a welcome change. The kitchen is small but cozy and workable. Caretaker David was wonderful and highly responsive before checkin, at our arrival, and daily with his check-ins on WhatsApp. We greatly appreciated his service and availability. The unit is just off Salida a Celeya and 2 blocks from CityMarket and La Comer. But……

“The place was just not very nice, rugs were old and dirty the chairs were stained, no cable TV and not worth the price. The only positive was the location.
Expedia however was wonderful they went out of their way to get missing glasses and utensils, had the rugs removed and ordered an extensive cleaning and offered to move us or a discount which we accepted. ”

“The distance to centro was incorrect. The address provided in description was false, purposely to show property was closer to centro than actually is. The patio furniture was ruined by fire from previous tenant. Air conditioning was non existent in living, dining and kitchen making the property extremely unpleasant. Property management refused ro get on a call with us. Property management accused us of causing damages to patio furniture which was dine prior to oyr arrival. Overall terrible……
