“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is close to the freeway, but the noise is not very noticeable. This location was perfect and is located in a nice neighborhood. The property could use some added kitchen items for baking and preparing meals, some fixing of prior damages, and deeper cleaning, but overall, it is a fantastic place to stay in Las Cruces.”

“My then fiance and I stayed here before we were to get married in White Sands. This was the absolute best "getting ready" location I could've ever asked for. There was essentially a womens side and a men side. Nobody saw each other until the final reveal in the front yard. Such an open concept in the living room for the two families to get together and help, then be apart of the first look!!The house was beautiful, perfect size, hot tub was a nice cherry on top. Just wish there was a little……

“My friends and I stayed at this location 3 nights while we were participating as crew for the local balloon rally. It was clean, and recent design updates were very nice. The only thing missing was a box of tissues.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is in a nice part of town and a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and well taken care of. The pool is nice too, but be prepared to pay 5/hr to heat it in the cooler months. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Our biggest complaint is the motion lights over the patio shine into the master bedroom (which doesn’t have blinds or drapes) and woke us up multiple times each night. Also, all of the hand soaps were mostly water which was kind of gross……

“Clean and comfy but kitchen badly under supplied with utensils and dishware and silverware. Upstairs bathroom fan was not operating at all. Kitchen drawer near sink kept coming off track and was then hard to close. Didn't like the puffy bath mats in Master bathroom. Confusing switches for lights and fans. THANKS. DLL”
