“This is a great location for Baton Rouge, within 5 miles of everything BR has to offer. I was there for a bowling tournament and was just a short dash to downtown. While I was there, I wanted to visit the LSU campus, and was within 5 miles of there. If you needed to make a quick trip to a Wal-mart, one just a mile down the road. As for the townhouse, very clean and quaint. Only downside for me was the winding staircase to upstairs, mainly because of bad knees, but overall not that huge of a……

“The location of the property was perfect. It was less than 5 minutes from the LSU campus and maybe 15 to 20 minutes from everything else. The neighborhood and house were very clean. My host communicated very well and was not intrusive. Loved the place and would love to stay again if available. ”

“We enjoyed the house a lot. It was a quiet neighborhood. The only thing we didn't love was the amount of frogs that made noise through the night. Because of the pond / lake behind the house, there are lots of frogs, and the primary bedroom is at the back of the house so we were woken up a few times. Other than that, though, it was a clean house with nice furniture, and the host was very responsive and helpful before and during our trip. I'd recommend this place.”

“I liked the house, it is really cute. The host was great. It could use a couple things to make it better. 2 rooms had TV's. 2 didn't. There are no dressers or hangers. I feel like if there aren't dressers there should be hangers. The ceiling fans don't run unless the lights are on. It would be better if they could still run without all the ceiling lights. It can get kind of warm upstairs. And the backyard could use more seating. Maybe a few patio chairs. These aren't complaints at all. Just……

“We had a wonderful stay when we came for our sons graduation from LSU. It was a wonderful weekend. The location was perfect for getting to the event and we have family in town so it was close to them also. The hosts were more than accommodating and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrivwd late on the first night. I definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a roomy and comfortable stay in Baton Rouge.”
