Patio area, screened in porch. Cold AC, comfortable beds and fast WiFi. Location is private and in a good area. Minutes from multiple boat ramps. Wasn't the least bit concerned about things getting stolen from the boat or truck. Definitely checks all the boxes for someone on a hunting or fishing trip. ”
