Staff extremely courteous, helpful, and professional, and did I mention beautiful and handsome in áo dài and quần tây áo chemise. Because i was so busy, i regret not having a chance to enjoy the amenities. Will stay here again in a heartbeat. ”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I was initially assigned a room where the bathroom exhausted fan was so obnoxiously loud that I had to request a change of room. On second night, there was no running water to my hotel room located on the fifth floor. When I requested to be moved to a room with running water so I can shower, a male receptionist asked if I can just temporarily shower in another room but stay in the current room without running water for the night.
