“We were really happy with our stay. The accommodation was very spacious - perfect for our family. Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of parking outside and it is located close to shops and places to eat. Great communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend and stay there again when we are up North!”

Hotels.com explicitly tell you not to pay any additional money via online forms as it is a very common scam. The property does not allow you to stay unless you pay via their online form.
This leaves you either at risk of being a scam victim by paying the additional secret fee, or without a place……

“I stayed in the Chatsworth Ensuite room while away on business and it was such a refreshing change from a tired, soulless room in a hotel chain.
The bathroom is beautiful and I left disappointed I couldn't stay longer to make use of the enormous bathtub.
Homely touches like candles and real milk for a coffee means I hope this room will be available next time I travel.
