"There were dogs roaming free. There was a lot of ice in the parking lot. The staff was excellent. Helped us find a place to eat. Stairs posed a challenge that is not listed online. The hallway and lounge area were very loud. It was rough to get ground."

"It was convenient. But our door would not lock when we left and the plumbing was broken and leaking all over the walk way making it an ice hazard as it was very cold out. There was literally human feces on the walk way to our room."
