“Location can’t be beat. Around the property I felt unsafe. Apartment itself is okay, clean-ish, spacious, for the price it’s alright. Needs some repairs. Close to UAB which is what I needed. Host was very responsive. Wouldn’t stay again unless there wasn’t other options. ”

“I loved my stay at this awesome studio. This is the third time I have stayed at this property. It is very clean and convenient to many restaurants, bars and major attractions in Birmingham. It feels like coming home when I visit Birmingham the couple of times during the year because of family. If anyone is looking for a "home away from home" feel while visiting Birmingham they should stay here.”

“I was staying at the unit for 4 days. I checked in at 10:00 pm. I went to look at the outside balcony and the pool and realized a tree had fallen into the pool and on my balcony. Couldn’t even go outside. The tree was removed from balcony next day but not the pool , so never could swim. The toilet ran every 2 minutes and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Other than that unit was fine and in a good location.”

“We traveled down from Illinois for the Women’s NCAA Tournament and this condo was perfect! The location was within walking distance from the Legacy Arena and a bunch of other tourist spots and eatery’s. Will was always available to answer any questions I had and also was right on top of it when there wasn’t a blow dryer in the unit. The unit was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the common areas too. Overall - great place to stay!”
