“My husband and I stayed here for our niece’s graduation. Gladys was very responsive and the town house was very clean and well appointed. I’m not sure if the listing states that the bedrooms are all upstairs but that might be a good idea in case someone can’t climb the stairs. Everything was lovely!”

“Our extended family descended upon Eugene to celebrate our youngest daughter’s graduation from UO. This is a well-situated rental with proximity to UO and downtown. it was very quiet and gave us plenty of room to stretch out (8 of us). I’d say the only negative (which wasn’t really that big of an issue) is that the upstairs bedrooms are blocked n order to accommodate window air conditioners so if you do want just fresh air with an open window, that’s not possible and the AC units are very loud.……
