“We had a fabulous visit. The apartment seems newly re-done. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. If anything, John, the host under sells the place. All the pictures on VRBO are of the really nice interior but there are also great views out the bedroom windows and from the super nice porch. The property is right on the Mendenhall River but down by the wider part of the river so out of the recent flood areas. Other than the super nice accommodations, the best part was that it is……

“The place was very comfortable, clean and well supplied. It had everything we needed, including lots of pillows and blankets for kids to crash on the couches, air mattress, and floor. Bill and Penny were extremely accomodating, he even snow plowed around our car. Great central location, Fred Meyer is literally right down the road. I would definjtely stay there again!”

“Great new build with stunning views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. Host was communicative. Everything was comfortable and lovely, we would definitely stay here again. I will add that there is road noise that is constant, so it's not perfectly quiet. However, Juneau doesn't have heavy semi's, motorcycle gangs, or constant sirens, so it's not terrible. Just something to be aware of.”
