“We did something everyday. Except the day we checked in. Beautiful place. Amazing host. She was very friendly and was right on answeimg back for any question. Only thing wrong was trash day. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home; the home was furnished nice, very clean and all amenities were as stated and very comfortable for all ages. Our time using the home was too short as we had traveled to Redding for "Celebration of Life" for a family member and most of our weekend was spent away from the property with the family elsewhere. We'd like to come back and enjoy more time there...a great prooerty for a family gathering!”

“Great location and clean property. These are the tiny houses near a riverside, the views and beauty is serene. Owner was responsive, however, we needed extra bedding but didn’t get them for the night. Turns out I did not use an after hours line, so you want to be careful when you call. Some basic supplies like coffee, sugar, oil in the house would have been nice. There’s no grocery near by.”

“Fantastic property! Pool was amazing! Rained almost everyday but it didn’t matter! Game room and hot tub were great too. I can’t say enough good things!Host was readily available for all questions.Only thing I’d change is the bbq, little dated, but it worked!Great time and we will definitely rent here again!”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and homey feeling. The decor was beautiful! We were getting ideas for our house. We had one issue which this was a problem at a friend’s house and our own. The mattress on the queen bed droops in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. We found that the wood supports on the width of the bed frame were lacking, not strong enough or had broken, making the bottom mattress frame bow. Once this is repaired, I know the bed will be more……

“This is one of the cleanest, well maintained properties we’ve stayed. The spaces were accurately depicted in the listing and photos. We loved the common kitchen and dining area that was spacious enough for 6 adults. The host was very communicative. Only downfall was the supplies were lacking. Would recommend providing Lysol or windex to clean the counters after making meals. We couldn’t find any Tupperware or the alternative which would be plastic wrap. We were only provided with exactly one……
