“Hotel was welcoming, clean rooms. All staff was very pleasant.We had a room overlooking the Aqua garden (instead of a sea view). A very pleasant outlook. The swimming pool is a weird design, slopes in from all sides. Breakfast was buffet style, with a good selection. On the first evening, we dined in the Bonsai Pan Asian restaurant, although not run by the hotel, it is accessible through the hotel lobby. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the food was excellent but a bit pricey. ”

“This establishment is amazing! The rooms are cozy and roomy. If you're visiting for the races the grandstand is just a short walk from the hotel. The island is very accommodating in general but the biggest star of the show is Lucy. She helped me get a bicycle delivered to the hotel for me to ride around on, then showed me where to dry my clothes after the island gave me a free shower. She had all the information I could ever need to find things in town, and when I left medication in the……

“A very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. It’s a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too.”
