There were a couple of noise incidents that I had to mention to the host, as they were addressed, it wasn't something that was expected. It's important to be mindful. When there's people staying in your property? The one recommendation I would have is to have a mini fridge. “The property manager was difficult to get ahold of to confirm checkin process and property location- was only available by phone call not via VRBO chat or text. Property was listed under entire home but was just a single room with shared bathroom and kitchen with multiple others on the property. Was supposed to be a smoke free environment but was obviously not when the care taker opened the door and all you could smell was smoke. Ended up calling the property manager and leaving right after……

“Bikram was a fantastic communicator and the vrbo is beautiful. The sheets on the bed were so soft and the shower was lovely. We were visiting from Washington and the proximity to a very lightly visited border crossing was a plus! Would definitely stay again. ”

“It was a great space with 2 actual beds not a bed and a pullout. The unit was fully equipped with what we needed in terms of kitchenware, laundry, and bedding. It would have been nice to have hand towels and face cloths for the bathroom, however, we made do. The people live upstairs and you often hear them walking around--- definitely not the most sound proof unit, however, when we did find it too loud with music playing above the bedroom one night at bedtime, we simply messaged the host……

Poor Customer Services

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
