Nestled in Qiedongjiao, Douliu City, Yunlin County, our tiny house invites you to reconnect with nature. Surrounded by winding country roads and lush orchards, it’s a peaceful hideaway far from the noise of city life. The front lawn opens to a spacious field, complete with a cozy campfire area—perfect for starry nights and quiet conversations. During the day, you might spot squirrels, voles, butterflies, and other wildlife. As night falls, fireflies gently light up the dark, dancing beneath a sky full of stars.
Come experience a relaxing green escape, where the rhythms of nature welcome you back to what truly matters.
The surrounding area of the tiny house spans approximately 121 ping (around 400 square meters), with an indoor space of about 4.3 ping (approximately 14 square meters). The environment is comfortable and well-equipped with utilities including electricity, water, a split-type air conditioner, a small kitchen, cooking utensils, and bathroom facilities.
The high-quality bathroom facilities are designed with eco-sustainability in mind and include a flush toilet, sink, and shower (with a gas water heater).

Guests can enter the small house and its surrounding area. The first house on the left after entering the gate and the storage room on the rear left are restricted from access.
The natural environment here is rich and diverse, offering plenty to explore, whether it’s fishing by the creek, cycling through the back hills of Douliu, wandering through orchards abundant with citrus, papaya, and guava, or simply listening to the sounds of nature, with insects and birds chirping around you.
There are many great spots nearby to explore, most of which are just about an hour's drive away, including:
- The 46-meter-high Cien Pagoda, the Shui Sha Wharf, and the famous Wenwu Temple's Nian Ti Stairs Trail — all excellent vantage points to admire the beauty of Sun Moon Lake. - The Lan Lake Scenic Area, known as the "back garden" of Chiayi, featuring multiple hiking trails, making it an ideal spot for picnics and bird watching. - The Hinoki Village, home to a forest camping club, once the official residence of the Alishan Forest Station, now a large historical Japanese wooden architectural complex. - Chiayi Park and the Chung Tai World Museum, perfect places for kids to burn off some energy!
-The distance from Nantou City is 38 km, which takes half an hour. -The distance to the nearby town (Gukeng) is 8km, which takes 5 minutes from Taichung. -The distance from Kaohsiung to Yunlin is one and a half hours. -It can be reached on a 2WD or 4WD.
By public transport;
1. Take the high-speed rail from Taipei to Yunlin for 1 hour and 40 minutes, then transfer to the high-speed rail shuttle bus to Douliu for about 40 minutes. After that, take a taxi or rent a shared bicycle to the tiny house.
- No WiFi - Gas BBQ Grill is available - Recyclable items must be sorted - No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality - Private picking and damage of crops and produce are strictly prohibited, unless with given consent from the host.
- Mobile reception is good for Hi-Net, Taiwan Mobile, Seednet and Asia Pacific Telecom (APTG), Taiwan Star Telecom, and VIBO. Taiwan Fixed Network has no signals.
Pet-Friendly Information : - Pets are allowed but only limited to 1 - Please note that the pet cleaning fee of 300 NTD will be charged additionally for bringing pet. - Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas and clean after your pet’s droppings - Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out courtesy of other guests - Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival

- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property - Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers) - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
