“Compared to the stately B&B's in Cape May, this cottage is quaint. But it is so well-equipped and clean there's no reason to go elsewhere. It may be best for a family of four since two of the beds are bunk style. But, I'm a 67-year-old and I had no worries scaling the very sturdy ladder to the comfortable top bunk. The location is a bit away from the town of Cape May (15 minutes), but we found it nicely located near a couple very good restaurants (Olive Branch for one) and a convenience store.……

“Weather wasn't great for us but there was plenty to do in the house. There is a theatre room with 5 recliners that we used a lot. Pool was great and heated so the kids could still swim even when the temperature wasn't great. We had a problem with the pool at the beginning but Crystal took care of it right away. ”

“LOVED this place so much. Stayed here for my wedding and it was perfect for having our family and doing all of our decorations. The hot tub was so nice to have and the walking distance to the beach was great! Would absolutely stay there again, already planning it. ”

“Panoramic view of the bay and nightly sunsets. Plenty of room for a large family group. Close proximity to the water.Fenced in yard a big plus for groups with younger children and pets. A very enjoyable experience all around. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Mermaid Cottage. The cottage was very clean and everything you need is provided. The host Kimberly is exceptional.Our first day was pretty rainy, but we did manage a walk to the beach during a misty break. It's very close. Then went for a wonderful dinner at the Lobster House (highly recommend).Day 2 we went on a Whale Watch. Didn't see any whales, but did see ALOT of dolphins and an osprey with a fish, so still a lot of fun. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Sue La Mer. Check in was easy. The house was clean and tidy upon arrival. The only thing I had to inquire about during our stay was cleaning supplies for dishes/dishwasher and there were only 2 pods for laundry. We could have used more even to just wash towels since there were 11 of us total. The owners were quick with response and had some dishwasher pods and dish soap dropped off after letting them know. We had 7 kids within our two families and they enjoyed the pool and……
