“The customer service is bad”

“I stayed at the Sonder overnight between two long-distance trains. If you are traveling through Union Station, this is a perfect option. It’s basically across the street from the station, and it was also good for some low-intensity exploring in the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and since I was between train trips I really appreciated the opportunity to do laundry in my unit. I was skeptical at first of the app-driven check-in and check-out. “Overall experience is pretty good. The instructions to access the unit is clear and self explanatory and I can get to the place without much problem. The thing I like most is the location. It is very conveniently located and is close to blue line subway which takes only 10-15 minutes to downtown. Bus is also very accessible and friendly. The conditions of the room is very decent and most of the things are in good conditions. The only few things I may have slight issue are: 1) the premise is……
