“Such a lovely cottage. The hen welcoming committee comes around a few times a day to see how you're doing, which our infant loved. The love triangle of golden pheasantsbdarting to and fro in the yard was also entertaining. As our stay was for a conference in Lincoln, we made ourselves at home, making full use of the kitchen and laundry. “This house was perfect for our needs. We are a large family who needed to be close to relatives living in the area. House was modern, spacious and met all our needs. Had outdoor table and BBQ which we used. 2 living areas with giant TVs which the kids loved. Lots of appliances including a coffee machine (with generous quantity of pods supplied). Is located in a very quiet suburban area. Will definitely be back as location suits us perfectly to be close to our family. Thanks for having us. ”

“Very tidy, spacey and comfy place to stay for a big group or family. Close to hornby hub and wigram shopping area. And the double garage was great! Beds were more to a hard level. Not too comfy for those who love to sleep on a soft to medium bed. Luckily, all my 4 sisters love to sleep on a hard bed! Some kitchen items and furniture were quite worn out, and the breakfast chairs were also wobbly (need some fixing or replacements) as they can be dangerous to sit on. The only thing that might be……

“A fabulous property for our family. It has everything you need. A great location to the city, Hornby shops, Riccarton mall and dress smart. Great contact by the owners. It is close to a main road however it is easy to get in and out when you understand the road. ”
