“Pretty bummed that we did not get any response from the host when requesting the access to the place on the day of check in. They eventually responded after multiple emails on day 2. We had to find accommodations to cover the first night and there was no offer for compensation. The internet wasn't working and the water was shut off on the 3rd day. My employees live out of their suitcases and count on lodging to be a seamless process. This was not that. Would not recommend for these reasons.”

“We planned a trip to Cottage Grove to do some cycling with friends. We did a total of 3 rides, one starting in Cottage Grove on a route to see the covered bridges. It was awesome.The home is situated across a road from Cottage Grove Lake. The front porch with gas fireplace was located facing the lake, which made for a beautiful and peaceful view of the lake, especially in the morning as the fog receded from the lake.The sauna was nice. Every time I contacted William, his response was almost immediate and there were no problems. It is perfectly situated for you to do anything you want you on the coast or in the mountains. William is a wonderful host and makes your stay very comfortable”
