A peaceful one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a neoclassical house, built at the beginning of the 20th century, with a front garden that will make your stay a relaxing experience.
It is located in a residential neighbourhood 1,3 km away from the city centre opposite an elementary school full of trees. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, tavernas, bakeries, pharmacies, butcher's, dry cleaning, grocery shops, parks, and a stadium within walking distance.
The apartment includes a hallway, a separate bedroom, an open space kitchen and living room, a bathroom with a shower and a washing room with a washing machine and a dryer.
