The exterior photos showed a small house surrounded by green fields, whereas the actual accommodation was in a studio room behind a family home in their back garden. If we had known this beforehand, we likely would have booked elsewhere.”

Breege left some essentials like coffee and tea which was a nice touch. It was nice to sit out by the back with a coffee in the morning. We used the cottage as a home base to explore Donegal and Sligo counties which worked out quite nicely. I would recommend this property and would return. ”

“We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome. There was fresh scones with jam and butter and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house was absolutely immaculate with loads of fresh towels and bed linen. The beds were really comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding area is stunning and the cottage was a great base to explore all of this.
