“Struttura bella ma personale scortese e poco disponibile. Al nostro arrivo la manager non aveva la nostra prenotazione. Si è dimostrata sin da subito poco collaborativa e solo dietro nostra insistenza ha trovato per noi una camera per la prima notte (avevo prenotato 6 notti), affermando che la mattina seguente avremmo dovuto lasciare la struttura perchè già tutta al completo. Solo grazie all'intervento di Expedia la mattina seguente siamo riusciti a trovare una soluzione al problema e siamo……

“Hotels.com showed our room with a balcony but it was ground floor. Staff changed our room which was fantastic. Any other issues were sorted straight away. No beach nearby, just rocks and sea. Loads of restaurants and really good food at a good price. ”
