“The view of the river and trees in the seating area behind the bunkhouse was beautiful. The staff were wonderful but reception being closed until 4pm makes it difficult to find help if you have any questions during the day. “Lovely hotel. My room was well equipped, including a fridge. I was overlooking what can be a busy street, but couldnt hear anything. Extremely convenient, the hotel is right in the city centre, just a couple minutes walk from the train ststion and surrounded by shops and restaurants. And the lovely front desk staff were happy to keep my suitcase at reception in the morning while I headed into town.”

“The rooms were nice and well kept and the manager let us stay an extra hour after checkout to accommodate our plans. The check-in was a bit fraught. We were told check-in was at 2pm so we had lunch in the restaurant (issues with that also re every 5 minutes a different excuse why we didn't have our food). At 2pm the strange excuses started as to why we couldn't yet check-in. In the end supposedly there was some kind of walk out by the cleaning staff and the manager had to clean all the rooms.……
