“Jumeirah Al Naseem is beyond exceptional. I would give it a 20 star rating if i could. During this trip, I also stayed at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray which was perfect and Jumeirah Saadiyat Island which was very modern and had amazing facilities, but Jumeirah Al Naseem combines all the best points of these two hotels and multiplies it. The room was amazing, the facilities exceptional, and the staff made all the difference and were well beyond incredible especially Davies the guest services manager and……

“非常之好的體驗，由於酒店遲了給我們房間，他們馬上作出適當的報告，給我們upgrade了房間，而且送上了小食作為禮物，前台服務人員態度良好，反應積極，只要稍作示意，便有服務員查問需要幫忙的事項，總是笑面迎人的，酒店環境設施非常新，而且非常人性化，房間設備齊全，唯獨因環保原因，沒有牙刷，必須自行準備。酒店設施非常齊全，有私人沙灘從酒店行出去只需1分鐘，而且也非常多服務員幫忙。除了沙灘外還有暖水泳池，分別有家庭泳池及小童泳池。同時也有相當多的球類活動可供選擇。整個體驗非常良好。”
