Overall a good stay

The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro station, bus stop, many restaurants and convince stores around and walking distance to the Mall of Emirates. The area feels safe. The apartments are of a good size, I liked the layout of the one we were staying, which was 1 bedroom apartment. I agree with other reviews about need of an upgrade. The furniture, bathrooms and floors are outdated. A renovation is scheduled since April 2024 until the end of the year. With a good upgrade, that would take care of those concerns concerns. The employees are friendly and courteous. Overall a good stay.

I arrived an hour or so before check in. I didnt get his name unfortunately but the check in staff, i believe egyptian checked me in pleasantly and without fuss. I entered my studio and there i was very pleased. It was very clean and was tastefully furnished. Called and requested for a drying rack and within minutes got one. Walkable are restaurants/mashreq metro station and mall of emirates. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return back. Thank you housekeeping staff and everyone for making my stay comfortable.

Very quiet, clean and location is 6 minutes walk to the Metro making transportation easy. Staff are friendly and helpful. The areas on improvement could be getting softer beds and air conditioning stability in the room. Temperature fluctuates randomly.

J’ai réservé avec vous il était bien noté que je paye sur place à ma grande surprise j’arrive sur dubai à 3h25 du matin avec mes enfants après un long voyage ont avais qu’une envie nous laver et nous reposer he bien l’hôtel a était annuler par vos soins donc je ne réserverais plus jamais sur votre site j ai dû négocier avec le monsieur et dieu merci il a accepter de me louer une chambre donc merci expédia plus jamais avec vous c est inadmissible

I really enjoyed my stay here with my family. Staff at the hotel are very friendly. It's a quiet hotel. Rooms are spacious. No issues apart from the car park underneath it's quite tight driving in and out. Overall great experience. Thank you

Not intimidating but needs to renovate

When I arrived the ground parking is near the hotel entrance which is great but the basement parking entrance is small and you should be careful of the small space going in but the parking itself is good. The lobby is quite simple which I kind of like as it’s not intimidating but for those who like grand lobby to sit in then it’s like an office , the size of the room is very good for the rate but I’m also used to getting bigger apartment with same size and the toilet have water leak on ceiling and the apartment is quite old . I entered the room and have cooking smell which is mostly all apartment hotel I visited but they would always have the smell of cleaning and freshener but this room I think didn’t clean well and air freshener not used. The balcony is small, the male receptionist was slow and not oriented well but the female receptionist is more educated about the work. Same night I ask a housekeeper on hallway for coffee and he said to me “did you already finish it” like he meant I just checked in but already asking for second one. I love cofffee and just ate so don’t expect me to order just coffee outside when hotel have instant. So that was offensive for me and I might not come back. If I do comeback only because the hotel is not intimidating and I like quite. For the money you can find the same rate with better room and ambience. The good is outside paid parking incase you are on the run. The area is quite traffic going to main road.
