本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。服務待加強。

Comfortable but swimming pool close too early

Comfortable and tidy hotel. However it is better to rent a car to stay here. No convenience store besides. Bus only comes in one direction. Swimming pool serve in limited time. I come to pool at 6pm but workers start to take away all the chairs and towels. They said the pool should be closed at 7pm.

Comfortable but service needs to be improved

Comfortable and tidy hotel. However it is better to rent a car to stay here. No convenience store besides. Bus only comes in one direction. Swimming pool service in limited time. I come to pool at 6pm but workers take away all the chairs and towels!

The staff were very friendly and my room was very clean. The pool area is a bit small so I couldn’t get a chair unless I went first thing in the morning. They had live music performed by the pool several nights a week and I loved it (Trio Gravosa was really good!)

This was the cutest hotel!! Was a short uber from old town and was in a less crowded area. Absolutely loved it and already recommended to friends who booked for October!

Great place to stay. Uber will take you to Old Town, the breakfast is amazing, mimosas are free, and it has anything you might want to eat. Pool is fantastic, it has outdoor shower and facilities to change if you are on a later flight.

A lovely hotel near the water. It's a 20-minute walk to restaurants northwest of the hotel, where you can get great food. There's a pool, too.

The property in general is nice and in a good location. Once again I never received any VIP benefits. Finding your room is difficult as the rear building (which is not shown in any pictures) is a rabbit warren. The restaurant and bar/pool areas are very nice.

The best part about Hotel Lapad is the staff- specifically Goran at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The hotel is perfectly located, and staff gave us great recommendations for going to see the Old Town. I had forgotten my things at our last hotel on Lopud and Goran went above and beyond to help me get my belongings back, thank you a million times Goran! I highly highly recommend staying at hotel Lapad.

Fabulous hotel, great location with short walk access to bus stops direct to the old town. The buses are frequent and always on time but can get quite busy. Staff at the hotel were lovely and accommodating. Food at the hotel was very good. Overall, a fantastic hotel in a great location.

Stay was absolutely wonderful and staff was fantastic. It is a short walk (approx. 5-10 minutes) to the bus to get to Old Town. The bus drops you off just outside the hotel on the way home. The pool was fantastic and clean.

Great hotel - perfect stay. There is hardly anything I can think of that they could improve on. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The pool area is lovely and we never had a problem finding a sunlounger in the area of our choice i.e. sun or shade. The staff at reception were super helpful and friendly.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. Room was supposed to have a balcony, but it was more a verandah shared with other rooms and covered by the hotel rooms above. The picture of a balcony room wasn’t representative of what we were booked in to at all. Hotel check in was straightforward, and they recommended a local place to eat which was within walking distance, whilst they prepared our room (we were early). The pool is good and towels are provided. There is a walled garden area next to the pool for people not wanting or able to get a poolside place. Breakfast was what you’d expect at a 4 star hotel, with lots of options. Staying in Lapad instead of the old town was ideal for us, with lots in walking distance. The old town is a bus journey or a £10 taxi ride away. Would stay again.

The Hotel Lapad was lovely. The staff was great at check in, however I did have to ask for my VIP perk the next day (bottle of wine.) The pool area is beautiful, but they put the loungers away at 7pm. Also, if you want a lounger (sun bed), get to the pool early since there aren’t enough considering the size of the hotel. The hotel is in a lovely area, but it is a €20 taxi ride (one way) to the old town. Parking is very convenient, with a gated lot next to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is large and has many options. They do have complimentary sparking wine, so you can make your own Bellinis Overall a great stay

We were looking for a place close to the beach that was more affordable than the President Hotel where we stayed in the past (Iwould highly recommend that hotel over this one if you have the money). This was about a 20 minute walk to the beach. The area around had some bars and restaurants with others about a 15 min walk away. At night they have live music by the pool. I only gave it four stars because you could never get a drink at either bar as the service was so horrible. Also, they just renovated and didn’t think through a couple of things when adding on so we had to take THREE different elevators to get to our room on the eighth floor.
