On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had already given it to her husband on the first day. Her response was, “Oh! Maybe I forgot!”

Great location, nice clean room, nothing fancy. Easy to find and host was helpful for directions and meeting us to let us in. Many dinning options right outside the door. Overall great one night stay!

The owner greeted me at the front door. The only issue I had with this place was the glass shower didn’t have a curtain or door. Needed to watch the water. Other then that the room was nothing fancy but was very clean and very quiet

Location was excellent. Description said luxury / toiletries - bit exaggerated as only soap in shower and door to bathroom didn’t close properly! Lot of very steep stairs. Comfortable but bit basic.

This is a beautiful room with fantastic views of the streets of dubrovnik, very central and within minutes of many of the attractions Check in was easy and room was cleaned everyday Would rate this 9/10 Things that would have made it a 10 - the shower head clip was broken so you had to hold the head whilst showering, not ideal when trying to wash hair etc -other residents are very noisy in the morning, we were in room 1 by the stairs so were woken before 7am both days with people going down -could do with a full length mirror, and as we were in the room with a balcony, a small fold out chair to sit and enjoy the view would have been nice

Modern, clean and well-appointed room. The property is located in a great area along the same street as many Old Town restaurants. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Dubrovnik.

Great stay and hosts were lovely and accommodating. They helped bring our luggage up. In the heart of Old town and steps to everything. If you are limited in ability to climb steps this will be a hard spot to stay. The only complaint was that our room had lingering smell of cigarette smoke. We opened the window and it helped but still noticeable.

Very helpful with luggage and giving us advice. Lots of stairs to go down from north entrance of town. Go in through west gate to avoid stairs. Right in heart of Old Town.

If you stay at this property you’ll be right in the middle of everything - which I absolutely loved! It’s literally in Kings Landing if you’re a Game of thrones fan and all the restaurants, stores and sites are right under your nose. They also offer breakfast discount cards for a beautiful restaurant down the road that serves delicious omelettes.

The property was nice, the bed very comfortable. Just know that stairs are involved. It's in a fabulous location for sightseeing, but parking is challenging. I would stay again.
