Welcome to your home away from home in Duchesne, Utah — the perfect basecamp for discovering the hidden gem of the state: the Uintah Basin.

This modern, fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome is ideal for families, work crews, or small groups visiting for outdoor adventure, local events, or extended stays. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and both bathrooms include full tubs and showers, perfect for relaxing after a day on the trails or at the lake.

The home comes fully stocked with everything you need: a complete kitchen with cookware and essentials, fast Wi-Fi, TVs, fresh linens and towels, plus shampoo, soap, and other basics to make your stay easy. Outside, you’ll find a propane barbecue grill ready for evening meals under the stars.

Nestled just minutes from Starvation Reservoir, the Uinta Mountains, and a variety of ATV, hiking, and horseback riding trails, this spot is perfectly placed for both excitement and rest. Whether you’re in town for the Duchesne County Fair, a family getaway, or a long-term work assignment, you’ll find everything you need here.

This is a new construction, and the address hasn’t caught up with Google Maps yet. VRBO may show an incorrect location on the map. The home is not downtown, but located just north of Duchesne off 8300 S, directly across from the Duchesne County Justice Court. For reference, the correct location coordinates are: 40.17795, -110.38879. You'll receive exact directions and check-in info by email before your stay. We promise you won’t get lost.
