The cabin spans 850 square feet, offering a cozy yet spacious environment for your stay. Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen bed. Bedroom 2: Equipped with a full-size bunk bed. The Living Room includes a Hide-a-bed (single) and a futon (single) for additional sleeping arrangements.
Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the 40" HDTV with streaming services including Netflix and Hulu. A DVD player is also available with a selection of DVDs.
A variety of board games are provided for your entertainment. Cornhole may also be available.
The cabin features a wraparound driveway with ample parking space. You can comfortably park up to 4 cars. Additionally, there is some space available for trailer parking, although it may not be extensive. If you have a trailer, please let us know in advance so we can ensure there’s adequate space for it.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 6 guests
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.
- DO NOT CARVE IN THE TREES
- NOTE: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the cabin. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
- 4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
Fire Pit Guidelines
Pit Construction:
-The pit must be at least 18 inches deep and made of non-burnable material.
-Add 6 inches of gravel at the bottom for safety, making the total depth 24 inches.
-Clear out ashes regularly to keep the pit depth at 18 inches.
Safety:
-Keep the pit 15 feet away from anything that can burn.
-Clear 6 feet around the pit of anything that can catch fire.
-Always have someone 18 years or older watching the fire.
-Have at least 10 gallons of water or a hose nearby.
Firewood:
-Use short pieces of wood that fit inside the pit.
-Keep the flames under 2 feet high.
