“My family enjoyed our stay at the Cozy House. It was a nice, comfortable home with lots of added amenities. You can tell the owner puts a lot of care into the home. I didn’t have such a great experience with the property management company. Many times I didn’t get a response. Luckily, the housekeeper/neighbor was very involved and attentive to our needs - without her this wouldn’t have been a good experience. The location was good because I like to be away from the city, but it was difficult……

“Great neighborhood. Beautiful home. Home had everything we needed right down to dental floss! Excellent booking. ”

“Simply fantastic. I will be returning again. Don't hesitate renting this property. Its beyond expectations. Super clean. With everything possible from linens to towels. Also a complete line of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. And more. Just bring yourself. And have the time of your life. Great community and very quite. And close to restaurants and grocery store. 3 miles from Campbell college. And the hostess was top notch with communication. ”

“This was one of the worst homes i ever booked! Both bathrooms were dirty with a few bugs on the floor. One of the toilets didn’t work. I contacted the property manager as soon as we checked in to let them know about the problems and didn’t get a response until 11pm at night. After that response I heard nomore from anyone about my issues. So we were left having to use the masters bedroom bathroom the entire stay. If we wasn’t there my daughters 8th birthday I would have definitely went back……

“We came to celebrate Thanksgiving with our Fayetteville Family”

“Zen Garden is a nice property that is probably great in non Winter seasons when you can enjoy the outside space.Property is spacious and clean, and the owner is very responsive.There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, such as front porch light not working, but overall, it a pretty good choice.”
