“Amazing staff, accommodated our needs immediately. Check in and check out services were smooth. Breakfast option is really good and staff upstairs is helpful. Offered cleaning services daily. Tipping culture is aggressive, as a visitor we should not feel obligated to tip, nor should we be asked to tip more. ”

“This was a very nice hotel that's well staffed and clean. The room overlooks the Jallianwala Bagh park so very close to all the major landmarks. I would stay here again if I was to return to Amritsar.”

“It's location is pathetic...Very difficult to drive car near hotel and no particular parking,location of the hotel is in Market. Rooms are just average or below average in which we stayed.... Although staff is fine. The amount they charged is just not worth it. ”

“Stay was average. But we had to ask the staff for few things which should already be there before we entered. Like shampoo, toilet roll, extra towel. There were no hand towels, no hair dryer, no conditioner, no lotion and for shampoo they got us clinic plus shampoo pouches. Overall stay was quiet, clean room, availability of hot water, mineral water. ”

“Sorry to say, I booked in Nirvana by urban galaxy but I was placed in Krishna hotel which I was told was same, I found out this strange but I didn’t argue much otherwise staff were nice and helpful ”

“Incredibly helpful staff, especially Vicky who personally helped us get an Indian SIM card (trust me it's quite a hassle in India) and dropped us off at the airport. His tuk-tuk tour to the Wagah border is incredible, and honestly he was more entertaining than the ceremony itself. As long as you don't mind being a slightly squished on his ride depending on the group size, for 300 Rs. you really can't go wrong. He alone is the reason for a 5/5 rating. The private room was really good for the……

“Comfortable air conditioned clean. Very courteous and helpful staff. Standard western amenities. Highly recommend it. The only caveat is location. While it is only 3 minutes away from Darbar Sahib (with entry right next to Akal Takht Sahib!), it is very difficult to get your car there, because the streets are too congested. They do have parking but it took extra long to get in and out. So park outside and take an auto to the place. ”
