“Rented the house as a basecamp for the weekend for my team and I as we were filming a short film, needed rooms for a couple people. Steve's place was true to the photos- lovely home in a convenient locale in a safe area, plenty of street parking, fast wifi, bath towels for guest use, several rooms. Steve was laid back and super helpful with answering my many questions. My group had a great weekend and enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend if you're in the area, would stay again! ”

“The townhouse was great- very clean and plenty of room for my family of six. I do wish there was a bigger bed in the Master bedroom- the mattress was thin and the bed was squeaky to sleep in. Property manager was great- very easy to communicate with very helpful. ”

The host was very attentive if I had a need or question, it was answered immediately and very helpful. The house is beautiful, first class all the way, fresh, clean throughout. Our group will definitely book this again next year for our trip. This house is also very close to bud stop, fast food, and many other amenities. I give it a 10 of 10!”

We first booked this property last spring and we were so happy with it, that we booked again this year. This is the first time we've ever booked the same place twice. “I had the difficult task of organizing a stay for a large group of friends- finding big enough properties was a challenge and this place delivered! House was clean, welcoming and everyone was comfortable. Adam and Roberto were responsive, easy going and very clear with directions. They had a basket of goodies as welcome and were fantastic hosts! Property is spacious, walking distance to the metro and to restaurants in the area. Neighborhood was safe, walkable and quiet. We stayed 2 nights and……

“Positives: Instructions for check in were clear and easy to understand, cleanliness was good. Beds were comfortable. Location was good and close to stores/coffee. Neighborhood was super quiet at night. Not positive: we received explicit reminders that we had to make sure to pull the trash/recycling to the curb on separate days, the contents of the bins were mixed trash and recycling, yet both bins were labeled “recycling”. The water pressure in the showers was poor. There were hand soap……

“The house had plenty of room and was as advertised. It's located in a nice neighborhood convenient to the D.C. attractions. That being said, it's proximity to the highway made it a bit loud. The house is showing signs of wear and could use some upgrades. The towels were just average and we could have used a few more. All the kitchen drawers and cabinets had crumbs, and the pots and pans had food stuck to them. We have food allergies in our family so we had to scrub everything before using.……

“Very clean and updated house in a very convenient location. Nice neighborhood but close to highways and conveniences. Would be nice to have dressers or luggage stands in bedrooms. Beds seem to be listed in “European sizing”, meaning their “King” bed was what is called a Queen in US and their Queens are really full or doubles. But, beds were comfortable and area is quiet. Downstairs “suite” with bedrooms, bath and living room was great for our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 year old. Nice……
