My experience was not pleasant. Reading the reviews of others, this was an anomaly. It started with the check in process. My reservation took multiple attempts (on the computer to find). When I finally got to my room I had to use the bathroom. While doing so, a gentleman (maintenance man) began to enter my room. Gratefully I was able to stop him before he entered all the way. I was angry and embarrassed and immediately went to the front desk. In retrospect, I should have handled it differently, but, I was stunned this could happen. I eventually spoke to the manager. He was impatient, condescending, and unprofessional. We were in town for a baseball game, and I was late, so I did not stick around. Yes, eventually, in a text, I was asked to stop by the desk when I returned. I was done with it and did not stop. Having said all of this, it is a beautiful hotel close to shopping and restaurants.
