“We chose this property as it is close to our daughter and son-in-law. It was exactly as described, a perfect place to tuck in for the night and start the day with an excellent selection of teas (thank you). Very clean. Bed was quite comfortable, and the sofa bed was more comfortable than most. Bathroom was very clean and bright with great water pressure/temp. Location is optimal for university proximity and La Mesa is close by. We will definitely look to stay here again.”

“Frank was an awesome host. The property was clean and quiet. The neighborhood is okay but I felt safe and there were security cameras on the property. The backyard was simple and fun. Overall a great place to stay if you need something small and clean. Just be aware you either have to pay a $1,500 not guaranteed refundable damage fee or $59 damage insurance. This fee is on top of all the other cleaning, property fee, and tax. Not terrible but just beware”

“please be careful if you stay at this place. It is unsafe. It’s right in a gang area neighborhood. Up the street food places, and Gas Station there’s homelessness., They were under the influence and just homelessness. The owners of this house refused to give back any kind of refund, even though we never checked into this property, beware of this property and the owner not a safe area to live. Even got confirmation from the neighbor, Miss Armstrong, who have lived there for 76 years beware. ”

“We stayed here for a few days and it was a comfortable stay except for the heat. The kitchen/ dinning space that you walk into is not air conditioned so when you first walk in its hot in there. It cools down after awhile but we stayed in the bedroom for the most part. If you plan on traveling around and not staying in the space all day it serves it's purpose. Maybe the next upgrade they do is install a split unit in the rooms that can be programmed to cool down a couple hours before you arrive.……
