“Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. “Number one stunner for rooftop views. Hands down in my opinion. Everything was accommodated perfectly for my stay. I never had any issues asking for clarity, how to get around, and there was staff close by at anytime I needed anything. The communication couldn’t have been better. “Beautiful location and stunning house and grounds. One of the best parts was the house staff!! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. “I was genuinely impressed by the customer service I received at Ocean Coral Springs. Although my stay was short, I was warmly greeted by Phillip, the manager, during check-in. He reassured me that any special requests or assistance I needed would be accommodated to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I felt safe. “Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Drinks, bartenders, servers and buffet were good. Out of the restaurants only one worthwhile is the steakhouse. Kyoto-bad service and food was subpar. Took them 40 minutes to bring us our ice cream. Next time would just do buffet and steakhouse. Entertainment was great-Jamaican show and Michael Jackson were amazing. Riu party was a waste of time(travel time close to 2 hours) and rarely any reggae music. Beautiful rooms and views. ”
