“It should not be listed as boutique accommodation.Spiders, spider webs, cockroaches, dishcloth was filthy, bathroom door couldn’t close, corner cupboard door wouldn’t stay closed, mould, filthy blinds. I have photos to support my claim”

“Communication was excellent. Due to a medical appointment we appreciated an early check in. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was well appointed with a full kitchen and outside seating area. The coffee shop outside the Boulevard provided great options for breakfast, lunch and sweet treats. Katsuco Japanese restaurant was only a 2 minute walk from the Boulevard. Westfield North Lakes was a 5-10 minute walk. A great location for short or long term stays.”

“What a fabulous place to stay! Property had everything you could need or want. The bed was comfortable and lounge area was cozy and inviting. Jay was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Was super easy to talk to and have a laugh with while also allowing for privacy and not lingering. Very close to a supermarket and to public transport. Parking was very easy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay while in Brisbane. ”

“The property was very nice….new, very clean and well supplied. There was a small patio area that could be made more inviting, maybe a smaller bistro style table and some flower pots or something. The location is on a fairly busy street corner but also kitty corner to a shopping complex with grocery store restaurants and more. The hosts were friendly and helpful. In all, we had a very nice stay!”

“Close to amenities and where we had to go for a music concert at Boondal entertainment centre. Was expecting a whole house not half a duplex, didn’t have washing machine or dryer ”

“We had a lovely time at the Bunya Guesthouse. Everything we could have needed was there and the house was lovely. The kids loved running around the grounds and playing in the treehouse and it was lovely staying among the trees. Andre and Jennifer were excellent hosts. We would highly recommend this place. ”

“We felt right at home on our week stay at Delaneys Creek. There was plenty of room for our familt of 5 plus 2 dogs. The home was well appointed and even though there was only 1 bathroom there was 3 separate bathroom spaces includibg separate toilet, bath and shower and then a separate vanity area. The internal combustion fire was great and we used it every night instead of the electric heating. The dogs loved having an acre of yard to romp around in and we felt completely comfortable leaving……
