The tv was hard to work. The nice large tub was rusty and broken (faucet scabbed together to make something work that wasn't meant to be there. Curtains were broken and hanging down, off of the rod. The coffee maker was disgusting. But the beds were clean and comfortable. There was shampoo/conditioner, soap and clean towels. Floors were clean. Refrigerator was clean and room smelled good.

Unfortunately, it did not look as if anything was cleaned. The sheets were stained and bottoms of beds looked like they have never been cleaned. The shower tub had black marks all over and soap still on the wall from previous people staying. It was very dirty and did not feel sanitary.

I do not recommend. This property needs to be completely be redone inside and out. There is no elevator, so we had to carry our heavy bags up the stairs across the filthy carpet. The room was from 1970 with a new white comforter on the bed. The tv and mirror had greasy hand marks all over them. The toilet didn't flush. There was no way we could stay there. Since we didn't cancel 24 hours ahead there was no refund. I was atleast expecting a partial refund. That was a costly 5 minute stay, but there was no way we could stay. I Do Not Recommend.

Very close to food and shopping and you will feel safe at the property but the property itself is kinda deplorable, unfortunately. The sheets were extra smelly and felt like they've been used without being laundered.. the hallways were smelly... the fixtures were old. I felt like they've been repaired a few too many times...caked paint and caulk, etc. The staff are awesome...they do their best.

Crazy they really had placks for best hotel while hamptons is up the road. Now yall know those are fake! Hotel is def run down. Nothing is updated and has a weird smell everywhere. Im not one to be picky with every little thing but this place is def not clean. I like to use a wipe and wipe everything as a check and this place def disnt pass. I wouldnt set your stuff on anything before cleaning it yourself. Staff was all nice, and the room is huge, but its not clean at alllllll and all the furniture...ewww, torn just like the carpet! Like geez. This place could of had potential with the room size but looks like nothings been cleaned or upgraded. Bottle caps under the dresser, dirt eveeywhere. Pretty sure there were cigarette ashes on the steps to the office space. Just disappointed. Def dirtiest hotel ive been in..sadly.

Our room was very dirty. It had a jacuzzi tub that was full of mold and other guests' hair. The air conditioner barely worked and made terrible noises all night. The toilet did not flush properly. The mirrors looked like they were wiped down with a greasy rag. No elevator to the second floor. Bedding was very worn and lumpy and did not fit the bed. Would not stay again.

I knew when I booked this hotel, I was taking a 50/50 chance based on other reviews. But thought ppl were just being over critical. Not the case.... checking in they told me they were overbooked on the room i reserved, so they knocked me down a room and didn't credit anything for the downgrade. The room was very dirty, there was no way someone cleaned and vacuumed and left that much dirt. The sheets appeared clean, but had lots of strands of hair on them that were not mine. We all slept fully clothed. Bathroom was filthy, we all refused to take showers. Tv didn't work, and one wall outlet had wires exposed. Smell in the office/breakfast area was very overpowered, made you want to gag. Breakfast was just a couple packaged snacks and cereal. We were only staying the night, but couldn't wait to check out
