Location
Dundee is Scotland’s sunniest city and has transformed itself in recent years into a lively and cosmopolitan city. With its picturesque coastal setting beside Scotland’s longest river, the Tay, and many exciting commercial and cultural attractions, it has become a favourite for city breaks. It’s an urban wanderer’s delight and the proximity of the apartment to local attractions is a major bonus.
Within walking distance of the apartment you have the V & A Museum, the McManus Art Gallery, Captain Scott’s RRS Discovery, Frigate Unicorn, Science Centre and Dundee Transport Museum along with a variety of local shops such as The Overgate Shopping Centre.
There is a huge variety of bars and restaurants in the vicinity to choose from.
The local bus station is 5 minutes by foot, train station 10-15 minutes by foot.
Travel
Excellent road, rail and air links make travel straightforward. The rail station is just metres from the apartment and there are a host of bus stops nearby. The domestic airport is a short drive away with direct flights to London and Belfast. Driving is easy with several parking options nearby and a good road network in the city and beyond.
