“The only thing I have to complain about is housekeeping. Their sign up front says that they clean your room every other day. I stayed for eight nights and the only time they cleaned my room was on day 4, and I had to complain to get it done. I have stayed there before and never had any issues.”

“Key card did not work so I was outside in freezing cold 5-7 minutes and had to return to office to get new key. Hot water in shower was awesome as was heater. Several recent shootings and bullet dents on a room in the 200 section are concerning. Staff was very nice.”
