“The location of this hotel is ideal. Close to Michigan City, New Buffalo and a 5 min walk to the lake. The hotel offers so many things for the convenience of the guests. We stayed in Suite 11 which happens to be the only room with direct balcony access overlooking the pool which was great. We had 1 bedroom and a couch with a pull out bed. The bedroom bed was excellent however the pull out bed was sub par. Extremely uncomfortable. There was no maid service or turndown service like a normal hotel……

“The property was fine and clean, but I would not stay there again because the mattresses were VERY uncomfortable. The mattresses in all the bedrooms were very stiff, even my 9 year old commented on it. There were also a few items that felt like they were missing: no hairdryer in the bathroom was the biggest one, but there could be hooks put on the wall in the bathroom to accommodate more towels if you have more than 2.people staying there, and a pair of scissors added to the kitchen utility……

“This was a great place to stay. Less than 2 miles to Washington park beach, lots of good restaurants and an outlet mall across the street. The one bedroom upstairs was where I stayed and was clean and very comfortable. Bed was great, but I’d bring your own pillows if you’re picky about that. Michelle was always available by email and responded quickly. Recommend highly. ”
