"A business trip and had a commercial meeting at ESSAX suite, everything was well! Service was nice, restaurant offers typical British breakfast. Only a problem, the air conditioner will be re-set to the low temperature randomly."

"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host.
