“This apartment is centrally located to everything we need when we’re in town visiting family. It is spacious, super clean, and communication with the owner is always great. All basic dishes and pots/pans are provided which is nice, the in unit washer and dryer is a perk too. Highly recommend lunch or dinner at the smokehouse, you can’t go wrong staying here!”

“Great location and nice small walkable downtown area right outside the door. Great microbrew selections all around. Our only complaint was the fact that the sink drain was having issues releasing some smells that we seemed unable to fix. “My wife and I stayed in Fayetteville for a family event. Fayetteville looks like a poor town with nothing to do unless you drive for a couple of hours in any direction. The house itself was nice however it needs some upkeep. The master bath toilet seat could be replaced. The beds could use new mattresses. We had a rough time trying to sleep.
