“We love this location and have stayed many times over the past five years. The house could use a little TLC, but the location is perfect. Also, the hydrilla can be an issue getting into the River. Thankfully, some fellas on the river cleared a path for us. The screened porch is fabulous as is the yard and dock. Don’t plan on grilling-various issues like no propane or the last users leaving it dirty have deterred us. We will continue to return. You should definitely go! I’m mentioning the issues……

“By far my favorite spot on the Rainbow!!! So much river frontage!! So private! The gentle staircase into the river makes kayak and paddle board launch a breeze! The house is small but has absolutely everything you need and is loaded with charm! The floor- to-ceiling windows take full advantage of the panoramic views. Watching the rain on the river from inside the house is such a treat! The expansive deck and dock are in pristine condition. The entire property is beautifully maintained. ……

“This was by far one of my favorite VRBO rentals! It was not only in a great location, right on the river, close to the springs, and supermarkets, it was so unique and spacious. Normally I bring blankets and towels because most rentals have the bare minimum but they had everything you can imagine. It felt like a home away from home. We grilled every night enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. Great rental!!”
