“Thank you for making this property comfortable. The check-in was easy. Lights had been left on as I was not arriving till late. I booked a 1 bed property but was surprised to receive a 3 bed but only used 1. “We never received confirmation, payment details or check-in instructions from Stayz or this agent. I had to call multiple times (and be put on hold) before they finally sent through text messages. “Absolutely love the location and Facilities as the place catered and provided for children and adults. Communication was easy and problems on site the groundskeeper was able to resolve right away. Kitchen equipment were limited but we were able to make do. Heated pool was still a bit cold so not ideal for winter time but the hot tub was lovely. Recommend for large groups with families as the kids were well entertained. ”
